A Note From Darik Knutsen, CEO:

In 2017, I built VIKING Tech Security and Services with my partner after we realized there was a niche demand for high-performance IT support specifically designed around the needs of law firms. At the time, impersonal, expensive, in-house, disorganized, and unvetted corporate ‘Help Desk’ solutions were really the only options available— but we knew we could do better….A lot better.

Our goal was to build a company that was powerful, light, and lean, thereby keeping costs low for our clients. This would also allow us the flexibility to provide unparalleled customer service, which is our top priority.

Although we are an external resource, our clients always feel like we are part of their team, and if need be, we do make house calls! We price our contracts affordably so that we can easily meet the requests of law firms of every shape and size without nickel-and-diming.

That is why at VIKING, all of our billing is itemized and transparent— with no surprises, ever.

I am very proud of the elite team of technicians we employ. They are a tightly knit, powerhouse group of professionals with exceptional educational backgrounds who bring a unique range of skill sets.
